Description of re-sanded flooring

Our re-sanded flooring (seconds) was damaged during the finishing process, for example drips, stain smudge, and etc. We have taken that flooring back through the entire process of re-sanding and re-staining. The product is not considered regular production because it is 1/32” thinner than normal production flooring, due to re-sanding. All re-sanded flooring is only offered in the Historic Blend stain, except Maple. Maple comes clear coated, mixed in 2 ¼” and 3” widths, and has some damaged ends. Our re-sanded flooring comes is all grades, premium to building grade. The Ash, Red Oak, and White Oak flooring is NOT separated. The only separation is into widths of 2 ¼”, 3”, 4”, and 5”. We only produce the re-sanded flooring ONCE or twice a year in a very limited supply. We recommend that you purchase at least 15% for waste.
