Color Match System
We are always looking for a better way to serve our customer and maintain the
ebb and flow of our product line. With that being said we have just developed a
new process called the Color Match System.
We are very excited about our Color Match System. Through an innovative process,
we now have the capability of color matching any commercial stain. As a
consumer, the new Color Match System will benefit you greatly because you can
shop for the perfect stain in any store abroad or local to you. Once you have
decided on the perfect stain, send the sample and the name and number of the
stain. We will run a sample for you with the stain that you picked out on an
unfinished piece of flooring (species of your choice). The best part about the
Color Match System is that is no extra charge to you! The whole process takes
approximately 3 weeks and there is a minimum purchase amount.
We are the only production facility in the country offering the Color Match
System, and we are glad to facilitate the different tastes of our consumer. If

The following in an explanation of how the
process of the Color Match System works.
- Let us know you want a custom color.
- We will send you an unfinished, pre-sanded sample of the wood species
you want, so that you may experiment.
- After you have decided what color you want, simply send the piece of
wood back to us with that color on it.
- Once we receive the sample, we will start our color matching. We will
match your sample as close as possible.
- When we feel we have matched your sample piece of wood as closely as
possible, we will send our sample to you for your approval.
If you are satisfied, simply call and place your order.
The process is a great deal faster if you pick a Minwax stain. But, usually it
takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete the order.
READ CAREFULLY
Remember NO two pieces of wood are alike and applications vary, like
with a brush or roller. Color will vary from board to board, but that’s the
beauty of real, solid, hardwood flooring. We have many years of experience in
staining and finishing applications on hundreds of thousands of square feet per
year. So, it’s important to talk to us throughout the entire process. We
reserve the right not to accept an order if we believe the customer does not
understand the process or if he or she is being very difficult to deal with.
